Exceptions and Conditions:

  1. Software and Accessories: Software, accessories, or items bundled with the laptop must be returned in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
  2. Physical Damage: BUYLAP  reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of laptops that have been physically damaged, altered, or mishandled by the customer.

  3. Non-Transferable: Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Manufacturer's Warranty

All laptops sold by Buylap are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty coverage duration varies by brand and model. Customers are encouraged to review the specific warranty details provided, most warranties are 15, 30 or 60 days.

Warranty Activation

Warranty Activation: Warranty activation Start at the point for purchase. Please refer to the documentation provided with your laptop for instructions on how to keep you warranty active. BUYLAP is not responsible for any broken warranties.

Warranty Claims

Warranty Claims: If you encounter any issues covered under the manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer's authorised service center directly. BUYLAP will may assist customers in initiating warranty claims by providing necessary documentation or proof of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges of laptops within 15 days from the date of purchase, provided that the item is in its original condition, unopened, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Opened or used laptops may be subject to a restocking fee.

Defective Products:

If a laptop is found to be defective within the manufacturer's warranty period, customers should contact the Buylap service center for warranty repairs or replacements. Buylap will facilitate the process.

Non-Defective Returns

For non-defective returns or exchanges, a restocking fee may apply. The amount will be determined based on the condition of the returned item. Refunds for returned items will be issued in the original form of payment, excluding any restocking fees or deductions as applicable.

Buylap reserves the right to update or modify this policy without prior notice. This policy applies to purchases made at Buylap and may not be applicable to other retailers or third-party sellers.
